Bulan Pal, Founder and CEO, Connecting Consultancy

Bulan is a seasoned professional and has been a part of several real-life case studies of organisational transformation. He is an MBA from SDA Bocconi, Italy, one of the top 25 business schools of the world. He has over 10 years of national and international work experiences in senior positions across industries in global matrix organisations.

His areas of specialities are Transformation. Growth Strategy, Business Analytics, Product P&L Management, Value-based Pricing, Key Account Management, Channel Management, CRM, Business Development and Digitalisation.

He has presented papers and case analysis in various national and international platforms.

Satarupa Dutta, PhD., Head of Research, Connecting Consultancy

Satarupa has vast experience in research and field work. She is currently working as Assistant Professor in Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Her strength areas are research, analytics, training and coaching.

She has completed her PhD from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and has published widely in many national and international journals.

She has been awarded National Fellowship from the Government of India. She is a Gold Medalist and has been awarded four achievers award from Tata Institute of Social Sciences for academics and field work. She has been a part of international exchange programs and international conferences in USA, Austria, Denmark and India.
